Delivery/Payment

Delivery Service is available on all rentals. The delivery fee is based on the distance and the amount of the order as well as any time restraints for the delivery window. We deliver to the Alexandria, Arlington, Crystal City, Fairfax Virginia as well as Capital Heights, Oxon Hill, Prince George’s County Maryland.

To insure that we may provide the best service, delivery should be arranged for in advance.

Delivery is quoted as tailgate and to the ground level only to a location accessible to the delivery vehicle. Unusual delivery conditions including elevators and non-tailgate delivery will necessitate additional charges and must be arranged for in advance.

Items are delivered wrapped and/or boxed ready for use. They must be returned clean (no food residue) and in the original containers. There will be a charge for any missing, damaged, or dirty cartons, china, glassware, silverware, etc.

Tables and chairs are delivered stacked and charges do not include set-up. They must be restacked prior to pickup, or a labor charge will be assessed. Set-up can be arranged for prior to delivery. A diagram must be provided prior to set-up and a fee is charged for setting up tables and chairs.

Payment Methods: We accept Cash and Credit Cards (Master, Visa & Discover)

Reservation Deposits: In order to reserve anything, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit which guarantees the equipment for the date of the event. If the event gets cancelled , the deposit would be lost as the reserved equipment has been refused to other clients.
